30-Day Workmanship Warranty.

1. Warranty Coverage

Discount Fix Phone Repair warrants its repair workmanship for 30 calendar days beginning on the date the repair is completed and the device is returned to the customer.

This warranty covers defects or malfunctions directly resulting from improper installation or workmanship performed by our technicians.

If an issue is confirmed to have resulted from our workmanship, we will correct it at no additional charge, including necessary corrective labor and materials.

2. What Is Covered

Examples of covered issues include:

• A replacement screen improperly installed during our repair.
• A charging port that becomes disconnected because of our installation.
• Internal connectors or components improperly secured during the repair.
• Other verified problems directly caused by our repair workmanship.

Coverage applies only to the original repair performed by Discount Fix Phone Repair.

3. What Is Not Covered

The following are excluded unless directly caused by our workmanship:

• Accidental damage, including drops, cracks, or impacts occurring after repair.
• Liquid damage or moisture exposure.
• Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or improper handling.
• Problems that existed before the original repair or are unrelated to that repair.
• Normal wear and tear or ordinary battery degradation.
• Problems caused by subsequent repairs or modifications performed by others.
• Software problems, operating system updates, or unrelated application failures.
• Manufacturing defects in replacement parts that are not caused by our installation.

Replacement parts may have separate supplier or manufacturer warranty coverage when specifically stated on the repair invoice.

Opening a device for repair may affect its original water-resistance characteristics. We do not guarantee restoration of factory water resistance unless expressly agreed in writing.

4. How to Request Warranty Service

Customers must report suspected workmanship defects within the 30-day warranty period.

Please provide your name, device make and model, original repair date, and a description of the problem.

A receipt or repair reference number is helpful, but we may also locate the repair through our business records.

Claims submitted within the warranty period remain eligible for review even if inspection takes place after the period expires.

5. Inspection and Resolution

We will inspect the device to determine whether the reported issue is related to our workmanship.

If covered, we will correct the workmanship defect at no additional charge.

If we cannot reasonably correct a verified workmanship defect, we will refund the labor charge associated with the affected repair.

If the issue is not covered, we will explain our findings and provide an estimate for any proposed paid repair. No additional paid work will be performed without customer authorization.

6. Additional Terms

• Warranty coverage applies to the original completed repair.
• Warranty service is subject to reasonable inspection and appointment scheduling.
• This warranty is not a guarantee against future or unrelated device failures.
• This warranty is provided at no additional cost to the customer.
• Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights or remedies available under applicable law.
